Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing time may take up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery times depend on the carrier.
VinnyPowerNutrition is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable eCommerce legislation in Portugal, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact VinnyPowerNutrition using the available contact methods.
Returned products must be:
- Sealed
- Unused
- In original packaging
9. Returns and Refunds

If a return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.
10. Liability
VinnyPowerNutrition is not responsible for:
- Improper use of products
- Adverse reactions resulting from supplement consumption
- Incorrect information provided by the customer during purchase
